Return & Exchange Policy

At Nuwara, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. If you have any concerns, we are happy to assist you according to the following terms:

  • ReturnsYou may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unopened and in its original condition.
  • Opened products cannot be returned due to quality and food safety reasons.
  • Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer if the return is not due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

  • Customers may request an exchange if the product arrives damaged or if there is an order mistake.
  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide a photo showing the issue.
  • Nuwara will cover the shipping costs if the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility.
